As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to United Nude’s Terms & Conditions and United Nude’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for United Nude’s Refer-a-Friend program:

• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.unitednude.eu by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at the United Nude website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order and keep the merchandise, without initiating a return within 30 days of purchase date. 
• Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of €30. There is no maximum number of Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year per Referrer. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
• Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. United Nude’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in United Nude’s sole discretion.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from United Nude’s Refer-a-Friend program.
• Right to Close Accounts. United Nude reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the United Nude Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. United Nude reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

LOYALTY

Membership & Eligibility

The United Nude Rewards Program ("Program") is a free rewards program offered by United Nude, Inc. ("United Nude") to its customers. Membership in the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. 

Any reference to "transaction" or the “transaction value” in these Terms for purposes of calculating a member’s lifetime transaction value or collecting United Nude Rewards Points includes all United Nude products purchased online at www.unitednude.eu and/or in the United Nude Flagship Store located at Molsteeg 10, 1012 SM Amsterdam, Netherlands. The net transaction value is the amount spent for qualifying items after returns, discounts, and taxes have been deducted.

Membership Tiers

Details of the current tiers and program can be found at www.unitednude.eu/pages/rewards. Achieving a status tier requires a minimum annual transaction value and all membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits made available by United Nude in its sole discretion from time to time (“Perks”). Perks may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Perks than others. The type, timing and availability of any Perks will be determined by United Nude in its sole discretion. 

United Nude may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law. Member accounts do not expire, regardless of purchase or redemption behavior. 

 

 

United Nude Rewards Points

Earning Points

Under the Program, all transactions will earn 1 United Nude Rewards point credited to their United Nude Rewards account for every Euro (€) transacted. We may offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. You must transact using your United Nude Rewards registered email address to have any United Nude Rewards points credited to your United Nude Rewards account.

Redeeming Points

As part of the Perks of being a member, your United Nude Rewards Points may be redeemed at checkout for discount towards your transaction. You are eligible to redeem United Nude Rewards Points if you have a minimum of 100 United Nude Rewards Points in your United Nude Rewards account at the time of purchase.

Limitations

United Nude Rewards Points themselves have no cash value. United Nude may, in its sole discretion, allow United Nude Rewards Points to be redeemed for other benefits or items of merchandise from time to time. However, unless expressly permitted by United Nude, United Nude Rewards Points are never redeemable for cash, for another product, for gift cards, or for e-gift certificates.

United Nude Rewards Point Expiration

All unredeemed United Nude Rewards Points will expire when a program member has not engaged in a purchase transaction associated with that membership account for 12 months or more. In addition, United NudeRewards Points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled.

Changes, Termination and/or Removal From Program

United Nude may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, Rewards, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the United Nudewebsite.

United Nude reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program or remove United Nude Rewards Points from a member's account in its sole but reasonable discretion. In particular, any abuse, manipulation or "gaming" of the Program or its rules (as determined by United Nude), failure to follow any terms of the Program, Membership inactivity for more than 12 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of United Nude not otherwise protected by law may subject members to Membership revocation or deduction of United Nude Rewards Points obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled, any United Nude Rewards Points in your account will automatically expire. United Nude reserves the right to make changes to its Website and these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Nude will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation or membership in the program, including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the program. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of, or damage to property and claims of third parties.
