Can I exchange my online order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order online at www.unitednude.com.

I don’t have a returns form, what should I do?

Please contact us at customerservice@unitednude.com and we will send you a new one.

I need to return a faulty item, what should I do?

If your item(s) are faulty please contact us at customerservice@unitednude.com

I need to return an item but do not have my receipt, what should I do?

Our customer service team is only able to locate orders placed online via our website. However, if you purchased goods at one of our stores, you will need the original proof of purchase.

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your item(s), we are more than happy to offer you a refund under the following terms:


Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original and unused condition.

Shoes must be tried on indoors.Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in our inability to process your return.

Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly to the original shoe box will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

We reserve the right to decline your refund request if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be sent an email confirmation. As soon as your refund has been processed, you can expect the refund to reach your account within 5-10 business days.
