We will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 45 days of the date you receive your order for the following resolutions:
- Return your item(s) for a refund back to your original payment method
- Return your item(s) for a full refund to store credit
- Exchange your item(s) for another one of equal or lesser value
All returns must be authorized to be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#), visit our Returns Center below:
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, and proof of postage is required in case the package is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
All products are checked at our warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact customer service to arrange a pre-paid return label.
Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel,shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
We advise you to obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in our inability to process your return. We will process the refund as soon as the returning item reaches our warehouse.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in their original and unused condition.
Items with normal wear & tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents may not be returned.
Any loss in value or damage caused to the return merchandise may result in our inability to process your return.
Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly to the original shoe box will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.
We reserve the right to decline your refund request if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be sent an email confirmation. As soon as your refund has been processed, you can expect the refund to reach your account within 5-10 business days.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Exchanges are accepted within 45 days of receiving your original order. We accept mail-in exchanges only. You can exchange your item for the item of your choice, and we will pay for the standard shipping cost. Visit our Returns Center to submit an exchange request (RMA#).

Our customer service team is only able to locate orders placed online via our website. However, if you purchased goods at one of our stores, you will need the original proof of purchase.
BUY ONE GET ONE (BOGO) PROMOTIONS
When purchasing items as part of a BOGO promotion, the promotional offer is automatically applied to the lower priced items, excluding limited edition, in sets of two. All items, excluding Final Sale items, purchased during a BOGO promotion can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
