How do I join the program?
United Nude's rewards program is free to use. If you’ve already created an account with us, you can use that email address to sign in. If not, create a new account to start earning points!
How do I start earning points?
Simply make a purchase or complete any of the available earning events listed on this page. Make a purchase: Points will automatically upload to your account within 30 days of delivery.
Complete an earning event: Points will automatically upload to your account within 3 days of completion.
Please note:
If you’re shopping outside of the European Union and you're located in a country that we ship to, you are eligible to join the program, but please note you will earn rewards points based on EUR spend. At checkout, rewards points will be redeemed in EUR.
This program is not available on unitednude.com and for customers located in USA + Canada + Mexico.
Where do I find my points?
Log in to your account and visit your account dashboard to view your balance, purchase history, and account information.
I completed an earning event, but I do not see any points issued.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the changes to be reflected in your points balance. If you think that there is an error with your points, contact us and we will review and, if appropriate, process the changes for you.
How do I shop with points?
Redeem your points by visiting your Rewards Dashboard on your account page. Find the Reward Redemption options and click REDEEM to generate a unique discount code to apply at checkout. Free shipping for eligible membership tiers will not cover applicable duties & taxes that are collected by your shipping country.
What happens if I cancel or refund my order?
If you make a return, all points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account. If you earned points from a referral and your referred friend either canceled or refunded their order, the associated points will also be automatically deducted from your account.
What happens if I redeem points for an order and then return that order? Do I get my points back?
Unfortunately, points cannot be reissued after they have been used.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire 1 year after you receive them if they go unused, and they will be deducted from your rewards balance.
