How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can easily track your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website. You can also log in to your United Nude account in order to see the status of your order.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. If you are ordering outside the EU and US, import duties/taxes and additional shipping cost might be charged.

I have only received 1 of my items, what does this mean?
In order for us to complete your order, it is possible that your items will be sent from different locations. In this case, it would mean that your goods would be delivered separately.
You will receive a shipping notification via email including a tracking number which can be used to track your order.

The Country I am ordering from is not listed, what can I do?
We may be unable to deliver to your country or may have to offer different delivery charges than those currently listed. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and delivery address and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
What are your shipping rates?
Standard Delivery 5-10 business days:
USA and Canada is FREE
North and South America: $45.00
Priority shipping 2-3 business days:
USA and Canada: $20.00
PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders should be received within 4-8 business days, however, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this. If you have not received your goods within 10 days of purchase please contact us and we can investigate further for you.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch email from UPS along with a tracking number which you can use to track your order if need be.
Alternatively, you can log into your account at United Nude and track your order there.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
We meet most requests to expedite orders and we coordinate w/ the customer on Intercom. But I find that communicating the additional fees on Intercom a bit challenging as the customers usually wonder how we come up with such rates.
