WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We experience at the moment a high volume of orders. We aim to process all orders as soon as possible. Orders should be processed/shipped within 4 business days of purchase and you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you have not received your goods within 10 business days of purchase please contact us and we can investigate further for you.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can easily track your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website. You can also log in to your United Nude account in order to see the status of your order.

If you need to make any amendments, please contact customer service at customerservice@unitednude.com for assistance.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.

Shipments outside the EU

Import Tax & Duty Fees:

All deliveries to countries outside of the European Union are subject to customs clearance that are imposed by the destination’s local government. Customers are responsible for paying duty and import taxes that may apply after a purchase is completed on www.unitednude.eu.



Taxes and duties are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country, and these costs will are calculated based on the parcel’s declared value (or the total price of the products purchased and shipping costs) and the destination’s customs regulations. Contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.

Please note that:

  • Import duties and taxes are nonrefundable as they are collected by the country's customs authorities.
  • Refused deliveries are automatically returned to the sender by the shipping company. Any charges incurred as a result of refused deliveries will be deducted from the total refund amount in order to cover the costs of having the shoes transported back to us.

        The delivery time depends on your country but within 1-3 days your order will be delivered.

        Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.

        DHL Express On Demand Delivery service will notify you by email and SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

In order for us to complete your order, it is possible that your items will be sent from different locations. In this case, it would mean that your goods would be delivered separately.

You will receive a shipping notification via email including a tracking number which can be used to track your order.

THE COUNTRY I AM ORDERING FROM IS NOT LISTED, WHAT CAN I DO?

We may be unable to deliver to your country or may have to offer different delivery charges than those currently listed. Please email us at customerservice@unitednude.com with the details of your order and delivery address and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK FOR CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS?

The production of personalized and/or made-to-order items require 8-10 weeks to be completed and shipped. Upon completion, your order will be marked as fulfilled and we will provide you with tracking information via email. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order, as shipping times may vary depending on your shipping destination. Please note that the estimated delivery date is subject to change. Specific details can be found on the relevant product page.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES - RESHIPMENT

If UPS/DHL is unable to deliver the package after a second delivery attempt and/or if the package is not collected from a UPS/DHL Access Point  within 7 days and is returned to sender, United Nude is not responsible for the re-shipping fees and/or return to sender fees. The customer is responsible for the fees associated with re-shipping the merchandise and/or failed delivery costs.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be authorized to be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#), visit our Returns Centre below

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We will gladly accept returns items within 45 days of the date you received a shipment confirmation of your order. 

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags/accessories attached to qualify for returns. All returns must be approved through the Returns Center to qualify for refunds. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your order.

FINAL SALE

Items marked as final SALE are eligible for exchange only for store credit

 

RETURN OPTIONS 

1. Return your item(s) for store credit and receive a United Nude e-Gift Card with the full refund amount, plus a free return return label. 

2. Return your item(s) for a refund back to your original payment method. Return cost are covered by the customer. You can request a return label from us or ship the return with a courier of your choice.

Choose a paid return label: You can request a return label in the process of submitting your return. We will provide you with a digital label and a tracking number. The amount of the prepaid label depends on your shipping zone.

Ship with any carrier of your choice. Items are returned at the customer’s expense, and proof of postage is advised in case the package is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Import duty fees related to the shipment will be charged to the customer.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURNS 

 

Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in their original and unused condition.

Items with normal wear & tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents may not be returned. 

Any loss in value or damage caused to the return merchandise may result in our inability to process your return.

Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly to the original shoe box will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.

We reserve the right to decline your refund request if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

  • We do not exchange items unfortunately. For the best service and selection please place a new order online or request a free return label in exchange for Store Credit so you can place a new order.

I NEED TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All products are thoroughly checked at our warehouse for any faults. However, if you believe the item that you have received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

We advise you to obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in our inability to process your return. We will process the refund as soon as the returning item reaches our warehouse.

Our customer service team is only able to locate orders placed online via our website. However, if you purchased goods at one of our stores, you will need the original proof of purchase.

BUY ONE GET ONE (BOGO) PROMOTIONS

When purchasing items as part of a BOGO promotion, the promotional offer is automatically applied to the lower priced items, excluding limited edition, in sets of two. All items, excluding Final Sale items, purchased during a BOGO promotion can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

CUSTOM AND/OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All sales are final for personalized and/or made-to-order items, and no exchanges or refunds will be granted after your item has been delivered.

Personalized and/or made-to-order products are items that are tailored to your specific requirements. Upon placing your order, the manufacturing process for your item will begin. Once production has begun, your custom order is non-returnable and non-refundable, and cannot be altered or cancelled under any circumstances.

FAULTY GOODS

Personalized and/or made-to-order products are subject to a 3-month warranty: this includes manufacturing faults. Damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not following the cleaning/care instructions for personalized and/or made-to-order items are not covered under warranty.
